Why it should be encrypted
Immigration status, travel history, passport numbers, and uploaded records can expose highly personal information. They should be readable only by the client’s attorney and authorized case team, not unrelated staff or SealForm.
Tips
- Ask clients to include approximate dates and destinations for each U.S. entry and departure.
- Specify which documents to upload, and let clients know how to send any records they do not have ready.
- Limit access to the form responses and uploaded documents to the people handling the consultation.
