What it asks

- What warning signs might tell you that things are getting harder?
- What coping strategies could you try?
- Who could you spend time with for distraction?
- What places could you go to for distraction?
- Who could you ask for help, and how can you reach them?
- Which professionals or crisis lines could you contact, and how?
- What changes could make your environment safer?
Why it should be encrypted
This plan may reveal mental health struggles, support networks, contact details, and safety steps. Only the person completing it and people they choose to share it with should be able to read those answers.

- Use specific warning signs and coping steps that feel realistic to you.
- Add current phone numbers and ways to reach trusted people or crisis services.
- Decide in advance who should have access to the plan and how you will share it.
