Data Processing Agreement

SealForm acts as a data processor for your form responses under the GDPR. Our DPA applies automatically when you create an account. Form responses are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot read, decrypt, or analyze them. Sub-processors: AWS, Cloudflare, Backblaze, Stripe, ZeptoMail, OpenAI. SCCs and EU-U.S. DPF apply for international transfers.
